Hi I have been following the setup instructions closely for pro Tools Mac with MTI2. I got to the part where it says click edit mix button on the raven toolbar and nothing happened. none of the other buttons seem to be working either. However, it works when I pressed the hide raven button and I can use the touch instead of my mouse. I've tried restarting and make sure I did it in the order of Control, Pro Tools, open session, Raven, but same issue and not sure where to go from here.

Be sure an app called UPDD TUIO is open else, try opening it. Which Mac?? Which OSX? How many other displays? The UPDD Hardware Settings may not be set to the correct screen, open the UPDD Console and in the Hardware settings be sure to set it to Monitor 1.
If using Dual Ravens, set both monitors to "WHOLE" in the UPDD Console Hardware settings, the press "Configure All" next to the monitor selection. This will run through a setup screen, where you will need to "TOUCH" the X on the touch screen monitors, and "CLICK" the X on the screen that doesn't have touch. please file a support ticket. www.slatesupport.com

Running off a Macbook Pro. OS 10.9.5 . Laptop display and raven. Couldn't open TUIO, but then when I tried again it did work.. and all seems to be happy now. Did get stuck at a reboot before, maybe it hadn't installed properly.

Hi Jamey, still acting a bit odd actually. When I restart, I get a grey screen with 'Do you want to continue with this installation' and abort or yes options, but no way of selecting them. It then reboots. Could that be related to TUIO? Trying to attach pic of my TUIO settings ![]() |

DISPLAY works but touch screen does not respond Sounds like the USB is not plugged in. Here is the link to start a support ticket for the Raven and they will get you up and running. |
