Hi Slate,
my Raven MTi isn't working... I can't open the UPDD apps, raven app isn't working. I reinstalled everything and is was working again. No couple of days later, not working again..
I'm getting annoyed with this issue.
I work on a Macbook pro mid 2014 with OSX El Capitan.
It can't be that the only way of fixing this issue is to uninstall everything and then reinstall it...
Hopefully somebody can help me out. I'm really confused...
Thanks Stereworx

Also be sure any firewall or anti virus software is letting the Raven and V-control through. Send me an email jamey@stevenslate.com and I would be happy to take a look..

Hello, I too am having an issue where every time I try and use my Raven, it locks up the mouse, and then I have to unplug it and rerun the calibration. Would this also be caused by running through a hub?

Jamey is there going to be a problem with the New Mac Book Pro using Thunderbolt 3 which is also USB C. There will need to be at least an adapter if a HUB can't be used.
