Hello, I bought a MTi around one year ago and put it on ebay since I just updated to MTi 2. The MTi has a little bolt under the left side of the frame which makes the frame bend a little. Never thought this was an issue since it doesn't look to bad in person, but now that I put the MTi on ebay I am getting mails concerning the bent frame. So I looked for some pictures of other MTi 1 Consoles and did not find any with the same fault as mine. I wonder if this is normal? Regards

Those little screw holes are normal. I am not in front of my MTI1 but, you will see an indentation where the frame is held together by the screws.

Did you see the attached pictures (especially the first one) and the bolt under the frame is normal? I have not seen anything similar on any other pictures of MTi 1 floating around the net.

Ok, I didn't notice that nut stuck in the bezel. That is probably a error in manufacturing. please file a support ticket and perhaps Slate can fix it for you and do a exchange for an MTi2. www.slatesupport.comIt is possible to fix yourself, but its not that easy to get the frame off. Can you try to push out the nut that is stuck in there???

OK I will submit a ticket. I have already complained the dealer I bought it from since they have a 3 year warranty. I did not try to push the nut, I don't want to damage the MTi any further.
