Hello,
I am not sure what changed in my system but every time I boot up the mac everything is working fine with multi touch on the raven. I open cubase or pro tools and it is fine. I open a session in one of the programs and the raven multi touch completely stops working, completely unresponsive. It does not work on any program or finder etc it is frozen. It is simply a monitor at that point with no touchscreen. It is freezing every time consistently.
Please help, I am starting a huge session this weekend and this is a big slower for me. Can anyone confirm this issue has happened for others. Is there a quick fix I am not seeing? Thank you! Todd

Hi Jamey, thanks for getting back to me. I have found that the issue is somewhat inconsistent in that occasionally it does not freeze up when opening the same cubase project. One time it will be fine, the next it freezes up and I have to log out to reset it. But, at least 70-90% of the time it is freezing. Pro tools seems consistently ok.
I went thru the link you sent twice and reinstalled UPDD and Raven Software and have not had any luck in fixing the issue. Do you have any other suggestions on how to fix the problem as it is quite debilitating and I just can't figure out what has changed? Thanks Todd

Have you tried switching out your USB cable? Printer cables usually have the same cable ends as a Raven's cable, so you could probably test it pretty quickly, assuming you have a printer. You said PT is pretty consistently okay, so this may be only software, but you never know when electrons are involved.

Hey Guys, Thanks for all the support. The culprit was the Raven being plugged into a USB hub. It was a usb 3 with power but was causing this issue, or so it seems after two days of being fixed. I will report back if anything changes. Thanks again Todd

Same issue here as praiz, Except when the computer goes to the log in window or screen saver then the batchcommander touch stops working when logging back in. Sometimes the whole touch screen stops working. I've installed the new update for Capitan, still no difference. If I restart then all is well.

Open up the Activity monitor and be sure UPDD TUIO is running. If Raven has no touch it is because of this UPDD TUIO app not sending touch data. You can open by hand from application/utilities Also, be sure UPDD Console is set to the correct monitor.
